Echoes of Appalachia

Rooted in Heritage. Carried Through Fellowship.

Echoes of Appalachia is the mountain-heritage division of Circle Seven Ranch — a Christ-centered program devoted to preserving Appalachian culture while sharing the Gospel that sustains it. From the hollers and river towns of central Appalachia to the ridgelines of the high country, we honor the people, stories, and skills that shaped this land.

Our full Appalachian Homestead and Artisan Center — opening in 2026 — will serve as the heart of this work. There we will teach old-world skills as both livelihood and legacy. Woodworking, quilting, blacksmithing, canning, storytelling, and song will be approached as more than hobby or novelty — they are ways of life handed down through generations.

In the meantime, we operate through traveling workshops, pop-up homestead days, church partnerships, and regional gatherings that carry the mission into communities across Appalachia. Every class functions as discipleship in work clothes. Students learn how to use their hands, steady their hearts, and see their craft as an act of worship.

Under the guidance of Legacy Keeper Logan Saho, Echoes of Appalachia reaches deep into the cultural roots of the hills — where Scripture and story have always walked side by side. Front-porch gatherings, heritage festivals, and hands-on workshops revive local tradition while pointing clearly to Christ as the true foundation.

For those who cannot travel, we extend the ministry through digital teaching, online craft sessions, and regional collaborations. The same heart that will shape our Artisan Center in 2026 is already at work through every outreach effort today.

Echoes of Appalachia is more than a preservation project. It is a living ministry — a call back to simplicity, community, and the enduring hope found in Jesus Christ. We exist to keep the old paths visible, to honor the people who walked them, and to help a new generation rediscover that faith, family, and fellowship are still enough.

Rooted in heritage. Carried through fellowship. Always pointing to Christ.
