About Echoes of the Brand – Forged in the West. Riding for the Brand.
Out where the wind carries the sound of church bells and cattle calls, faith and grit walk side by side. The Remuda Project of Echoes of the Brand was forged in the West, a faith-based cowboy program dedicated to restoring lives, rescuing horses, and reclaiming the heritage of the working cowboy for the glory of God.
Here, “riding for the Brand” means more than loyalty to a ranch; it means belonging to Christ. The Brand we ride for bears the mark of the Cross.
Our mission is simple: build men and women of character through the cowboy way and the Gospel. The Remuda will serve as a place where rescued horses are retrained, interns learn the old skills of the range, blacksmithing, horsemanship, leatherwork, and stewardship, and every lesson points back to the grace of God. It’s a place to work hard, pray harder, and grow in spirit.
From living-history events and rodeo chapels to online campfire gatherings, we share one message wherever the trail leads: Christ meets us right where we are, and His grace is enough. Whether you find us teaching ranch skills on the Remuda, preaching in period garb at a reenactment, or streaming devotionals from the open range, every effort is aimed at keeping the cowboy code alive and the Gospel at the center.
Echoes of the Brand isn’t just a heritage project; it’s a ministry. We believe the cowboy way still has something to teach the world: that loyalty, courage, and mercy ride together.
So whether you’re a ranch hand, a history lover, or a weary soul looking for a place to rest, there’s room by the fire. The coffee’s hot, the Word is open, and the trail’s wide ahead.
Forged in the West. Riding for the Brand. Always pointing to Christ.
